Recital 2027 Permission Form

RECITAL 2027 PERMISSION FORM & PAYMENTS DUE BY 10/15

Dress Rehearsals & Shows: May 22nd-June 14th (specific schedule on our website)

TINY TOT COSTUMES = $80 | ALL OTHER COSTUMES = $100

IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: Once we receive your child's completed and signed Recital Permission form, you will then be charged the total costume balance due and a receipt will be emailed to you directly. This payment includes the costume, tights, and accessories. It does not include shoes. There are NO REFUNDS for costumes. Recital Dress & Show schedules can be found at www.bosomaschool.com. Please be sure to check the show letter for your child's registered class on your Parent Portal.

Examples:

All Tiny Tots = 1 costume

All Level 1, 2 & 3 Ballet/Tap/Jazz = 2 costumes

Petite Tap/Jazz = 2 costumes

All other single style classes for Petites, JR & SR Levels, Hip Hop & Irish Step = 1 costume PER class

Costume Cost Example: If your child is in Level 3 Ballet/Tap/Jazz and Irish step, they will have 3 costumes for a total of $300

IRISH STEP STUDENTS: My child WILL be participating in BSD's Annual Irish Step Show on March, 14th 2027 (The Irish show costume & recital costume are the same so you will only be charged once)

My child WILL be participating in BSD's Annual Recital in June 2027 and that my card on file will be charged the full costume balance owed.

My child will NOT be participating in BSD's Annual Recital in June 2027.
